Boogie Board Memo is the notepad that does it all. It's great because the LCD screen lets me go paperless most of the time (which I love) for notes, reminders, lists, etc. But the self stick pad is also super-convenient for when I need to leave permanent reminders for people. Plus, the included combination pen/stylus was a great addition. I'm never worrying about finding something to write with.
I think the best feature of this little guy is the compact size. It's portable enough to take anywhere–to the office, grocery store, on trips...I'm actually even thinking about getting another one and leaving it my car. This one's a huge win for me.

I received this as a Christmas gift. When I got around to putting it on my desk I tried out the boogie board screen then tried the erase button. It didn't erase. I thought perhaps I need to put in a battery. Nope. It has an unremovable battery that when it dies, the unit is dead and the instructions say to throw it away. My unit arrived dead. Worst product I've ever had that bore the Brookstone name. So much so that I think I will avoid their products in the future. This is basically a super expensive cheap pen and a pad of post it notes.

The concept is great and I use it constantly. However, with minor changes it would be so much better. Pen needs to be improved upon to eliminate using the wrong end on the main board. Also, the writing on the board is not sharp enough to read easily. Would be better with black board and note written to be in white.

When I received it, the unit looked old and used, even the boxing. I just don't want to go through the hassle of calling customer service and shipping it back. I thought Brookstone is a classy company, that they will send quality products to their customers.
I use this in my office a lot. I'm always out and about at work, so I just leave messages as to where I would be.

At first I thought it would be nice if the battery could be replaced but I did the math, and if you use it 45 to 50 times a day (that's a lot!) it would still last 3 years!

Daughter-in-law seems to like it, but it's alot smaller than I thought it would be. Seems to work well and does what she wants it to do, but make sure you look at the dimensions for it before you order so you know what you're getting.

It's neat that you kind leave a note for yourself or someone else without paper, but it did not last for as many uses as advertised -- in fact, it didn't seem to last long at all before the battery quit. If it had replaceable batteries, I would buy it again....but not with the battery they have now.

I got the original boogie board first, and I love it, but sometimes I needed to put a note in a more permanent place-this is the best of both worlds! My only problem is that, since I got used to the larger boogie board size, this is small in comparison, but i just know when i need more notes i take my large boogie board around the office with me!
