Very disappointed, used minimally and went to use ans screen has grayish tint. I suspect that if anything is laying on top (like magazine) it used up all the uses and was dead before used 5 times. Better buy a case if your investing in this.

Very disappointed, used minimally and went to use ans screen has grayish tint. I suspect that if anything is laying on top (like magazine) it used up all the uses and was dead before used 5 times. Better buy a case if your investing in this.

We gave the BB to our parents for Christmas. My father is hard of hearing and my Mother is stressed by the constant repeating. Now Mom can write things down for Dad and just press to erase, instead of using messy dry erase boards. So much easier for them and no chance of getting marker on their clothing. They love it!

I work at IBM , doing IT support , when talking to clients , instead of scribble notes on scratch pieces of paper , I use the boogie board . I bought the big one , where I can replace the batteries and it last longer . Now I dont have to deal with scraps ( post its ..etc ) papers all over my work desk . Then once I transfer my scribbled notes off boogie board into my computer / iphone ,, then I erase my boogie board and start with a clean slate .. Love it .. Gotten so Many compliments " Oh , thats so cool " from my coworkers .

THE LARGE BOOGIE BOARD SAVED MY HUSBANDS LIFE. DURING A RECENT STAY IN THE HOSPITAL'S INTENSIVE CARE UNIT MY HUSBAND WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK AND COULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HIS DOCTORS AND NURSES. I PURCHASED THE BOOGIE BOARD SO HE COULD COMMUNICATE AND MAKE HIS NEEDS KNOWN. THE DEVICE WORKED PERFECTLY AND WAS A HIT WITH THE STAFF.
AFTER BEING IN ICU FOR A MONTH I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A GIFT TO THE NURSES WHO WORKED SO DILIGENTLY TO HELP MY HUSBAND. I WILL BE PURCHASING 4 MORE BOOGIE BOARDS TO DONATE TO JFK MEMORIAL HOSPITAL'S ICU NURSES SO THEY CAN COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR OTHER PATIENTS WHO CANNOT SPEAK.
