I love this product, I have lost weight, and kept it off using the calorie tracker, and online food intake manager. It also keeps record of how well you are sleeping, and how many hours you spend asleep. I would buy it all over again. I am looking all over for something similar, where I do not have to wear the armband, but I cannot find anything this good.
