O.K. I stand corrected. I had written a review complaining that this keyboard doesn't work on an Android Phone, specifically a Samsung Intercept. Well, that is no longer true. The new Android Samsung Epic 4G I just bought does pair and connect with this keyboard, and it works great. You can use the arrow and ESC keys on the keyboard to navigate through most apps, as well as enter text with great ease. The secret is just to follow one simple step. When the Android phone pairs, it gives a pop up screen asking something like "Would you like to connect to this keyboard 503241 (or some such number)" and then it has only one button, and that says "CANCEL". Don't press the cancel button. Simply type in that number which it gives you in the pop up into the keyboard itself and press ENTER, and your keyboard will be entirely connected to your Android Phone - or so it worked for me. And the keyboard works great. So, yes, I can go back to being a happy Brookstone customer again!

The cons are that the button have to be mashed super hard to get the characters to type. The A and S buttons on my keyboard work so rarely that I have stopped using it. I will not buy another.

I bought this item to expedite typing emails on my iPad. I've had this product for three days now, and I am going to return it very soon. The keys are not very responsive; I make typos almost on every single word because I'm not tapping the keys correctly. I don't know what the trick is, but as a woman on the go with tons of emails to write, I do not have time to figure out the trick... Especially when there should be no tricks to using a keyboard! I'm not technologically challenged nor an idiot. The concept is brilliant but the functionality of this keyboard is subpar. I think I'll buy one of those iPad covers with an integrated keyboard. The only reason why I thought this item was "easy to use" is because it took no time to connect it to my iPad via Bluetooth. That is the only "pro".

This keyboard has been ideal in so many ways. I have used it with clients, on trips, at meetings, and have loved it. But, this morning,at the beginning of a five-day trip, the "g" and the "h" keys will not work. This is actually my second keyboard of this sort - and the first one did the same thing. I wonder if it has to be carried in its original carton??? I won't be buying a third one.

This paired well with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet.
I used this keyboard for several months and it is better than using the on-screen tablet keyboard for e-mails. I liked that the keyboard is portable and could roll up for traveling.
I found that the squishy rubber keys caused a much higher rate of errors (every line) and frequently, I would press the wrong key combination which would cause a line or several lines to be erased. This also happened to the salesperson at a Brookstone store I Iater talked to, so we know we are not alone in this problem. I would also get a foreign character menu and had to select a special foreign character in order to leave the menu (didn't see any cancel).
After several months, I wanted to find a better keyboard. The Brookstone Executive Bluetooth Keyboard with Sleeve (and stylus and leather carrying sleeve) is a much better choice. I love that keyboard and stylus and wrote a review on it.

Travels well, easy connectivity, and fun to use. Little small in the beginning when you are used to a normal size keyboard, but the more you use it the more comfortable it is. Great for work when I need to use my iPad. Even bought one for my husband as a present.

I looked at IPAD cases with built in keyboards, and found them too bulky for daily use. I primarily need a keyboard for email when I travel, so this lightweight version fits the bill.

I bought this keyboard to use it on my Ipad. it is pretty good when it comes to connecting via bluetooth, but the keys on the keyboard are somewhat numb, and by tht I mean that sometimes you press on a key and the keyboard doesn't catch it, I a currently typing with it as of now, and Im hving to go back to rewrite letters it didn't catch, so please excuse me if I mispel something. I give it a 2/10, I wouln't buy it again.
