I'm a student and typically lug around my heavy laptop to class and through the airport. 90% of the time, all I need my laptop for is word processing capabilities. As soon as I got my iPad, I bought this case, and I don't use my laptopt too much anymore.
The case is sturdy and my iPad feels secure in it (won't pop out of the plastic ones or break if dropped). I got the red color, which is fun. I have small hands so the keyboard is PERFECT. The right shift key is awkward and takes a little getting used to, but two days of practice was all it took for me. The keys are very satisfying and click like on a laptop. The Blutooth was easy to set up and has thus far been reliable. I recommend turning the power switch on the keyboard off when you aren't using it to preserve battery, although the keyboard supposedly goes 90 hours on a full 4.5 hour charge.
Homework all of a sudden is a joy for me because I can write my papers on my iPad (I recommend the Pages app for this), and my backpack is so much lighter when I commute to class. I recommend this to anyone who is a student or does a lot of writing for work or pleasure.

I bought this because I was frustrated with the on-screen iPad keyboard that offers no touch feedback, and I wanted an external keyboard to make typing easier. I liked this one because the keyboard is rigid unlike the silicone ones, and because it comes in the stylish case that lets me take the keyboard with the iPad everywhere.
However, the keyboard is small and cramped. I had hoped to eliminate typos by using this keyboard, but because it was so tiny, I was actually making more. The typing experience is uncomfortable, even with the iPad on a desk. It is completely unsuitable for lap use because of the flap in front of the keyboard, which does not conveniently fold under the keyboard.
Overall, the typing experience left too much to be desired for me - primarily because of the crampiness of the keyboard. I imagine that it would still be ideal for someone who wants to use the iPad more like a laptop and is willing to get used to the tiny keyboard. I recommend trying out the keyboard in the store and seeing if you'll be able to deal with the tiny-ness before you buy.

I ordered the light blue and 2 other colleagues sought me out after a meeting to find out where I got this cover. I love the rubber grip and lightweight feel. The keyboard was easy to set up, and now I am on my IPad all the time.

My children each received one for their Birthdays. We checked out several and knew they needed a case as they received the iPads for Christmas but I preferred they not take them out of the house. Now our daughter takes them everywhere. It is amazing what she can accomplish on that little tablet. Technology is amazing and she knows how to use it. This product is great for portability and protection.

I use this for my company ipad. I received it in a stort period of time. It's very well made, sturdy, rugged, easy to grip. I like the keypad and positioning of the ipad on the base.

We ordered the case in Orange for our son for his birthday. In all pictures, it is shown as a true orange color. Upon opening it, it was a very light orange color instead of a true orange color. Not so great for a boy. Very misleading pictures.

Love the case for the most part. Holds the iPad 4 snuggly and blootooth keyboard works great. My only issue is that when the iPad is placed in the case to line up with the camera hole in the case, emails come up upside down. You can't read emails and type a response if the iPad is in the case the way it should fit.

This keyboard has made using my ipad so much better. The only downside is that the delete button stopped working on the first day. So, other than I have to backspace everything, it's perfect!
