I own/use a TempurPedic travel pillow of roughly the same size, so when I saw these on the Brookstone website, I decided to buy one each for my wife and daughter, in advance of a small vacation we were taking after Christmas. Although all of us use different TempurPedic pillows at home, neither my wife nor daughter liked the BioSense pillow. I tried one during the trip, and although I liked it well enough the first night, I reverted to my travel TempurPedic by night 2. Although roughly the same shape, this one is a bit "taller" off the bed, and a bit less dense. If it had the same denseness/viscosity as the TempurPedic, I might have liked the support the taller pillow provided on the softer hotel bed (we have firmer TempurPedic mattresses at home as well), but the BioSense just didn't "feel right." This, of course, is a completely subjective rating, but if you're looking for a cheaper replacement for a TempurPedic travel pillow, this isn't it.

I have long term neck pain issues especially with sleeping and this pillow reduces pain more then any pillow I've tried...I wake up pain free most mornings. I didn't for years. I sleep with the pillow almost every night..becasue i wont take it traveling anymore because i'm afraid ill forget it at my destination. I'm ordering back up today so I can...because for some dumb reason they are no longer sold in the airport brookstone store :( booo :( Getting an other one of these pillows is the sole reason I flew through atlanta a few trips ago.. the only way to make it better is adda little strap so i can hook it to my carry on and use it on the plane. I tried their u shaped ring, it hugs the neck too tight for me (and i have a skinny neck) I also got the little roll shaped pillow. its easier for travel because its smaller but its not as good for pain reduction.
