I actually bought this for my boyfriend who is a stomach sleeper but I tried it for 3 nights and I have never slept better - btw - I am a side sleeper so now I am wondering if I should try that one. I just feel more relaxed in my neck and upper back. I was sleeping on a nice down pillow prior.

This is a great pillow for those who need support for their neck, but have a shorter neck (may also work for longer necks as well). I was searching high and low for the right pillow since my car accident resulting in neck trauma from whiplash (herniations with severe spinal stenosis). I found other memory foam pillows to either be too hard or to have too much "high" area for the neck, but not this one. It takes some getting used to, so be patient (feels a bit too firm at first). I bought this one as well as the one for back sleepers, but find this one better for back sleeping and the back sleeper better for my twisted stomach/side contortion when I sleep (ie my body is mostly on my stomach, but my head is to the side with my arm straight under the pillow). I switch between the two pillows, depending on how I want to sleep. Both provide great support. No more waking up with headaches :-). Well-worth the investment!
