As a quick opening note: I do not use the down case, but a regular pillow case on the memory foam.. I didn't find the down case comfortable (though my boyfriend loves his). I have had the pillow for a little over month.
I'm 24 with a degenerative disc disease that's particularly bad in my cervical spine. It's lost a lot of its natural curvature and I frequently get neck pain (esp at the base of my skull) and headaches. I'm in medical school so I'm sure all the straining and bad posture doesn't help.
I have the biosense neck pillow, the classic one, and a tempur-pedic pillow. I have never found a more comfortable and soothing pillow. It hits my neck in a way that I can feel it relieving tension as soon as I lay down, which is amazing. I figured the tempur-pedic one would end up being the way to go (it actually even felt better in the store) but now I have it in the closet, and only use this one.
Normally when I get migraines I can't stand anything touching my head or neck, but I feel the need to sleep - so I get caught in a limbo of painful tossing and turning - in which I usually just end up sleeping on the mattress with no pillows. Not only have I had a great decrease in migraines, but with the last one I had, I was able to fall quickly to sleep on this pillow.
Finally, it squishes down and fits in my laptop case alongside my laptop and is much lighter than many other pillows, making it easy to bring with me on trips.

I had planned to buy the tempurpedic neck pillow at Brookstone. The store clerk was quite effective in talking up this pillow. But when I slept on it I found there was too much fluff and not enough of the memory foam for my comfort. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the cost as the foam is of a lower quality and not very thick. I should have gone with the known quality of tempurpedic

A relative had this pillow and it was very soft (standard size). I purchased in King and the pillow was to firm to sleep on, for me. I thought that the cover was poorly constructed too. It went in the trash today.

This pillow is so comfortable it has helped me to stop snoring; I wake more rested and my neck and shoulders don't hurt! It has even helped my lower back pain, I think due to the proper placement of my neck.

For the sale price this is a nice pillow. For the full price I am not so sure. The pillow is comfortable and nice to sleep and is great for a pillow to sleep on but I have not really noticed that my neck feels any better in the morning and my sleep apnea is still the same. Its a great pillow to sleep on but falls short for neck support or helping with sleep apnea. If you don't need a pillow for these two then its a great comfortable pillow for an easy sleeper.
