I purchased this pillow after side by side testing at my local Brookstone between all of these Models as well as all of the Tempur Pedic Models on the in store beds. After spending time with each (and hopefully not contracting lice) I can safely say that even if these were the same price as the tempur models I'd rather have this. Washable faux down cover made of microfiber and breathe-ability are things that this pillow does so much better than the Tempur ones. I've had it for a few night now and am sleeping noticeably better, so good I wake up and my joints crack (which is when I know I slept good). I liked it so much I went back and got two more as mother's day gifts. Would recommend to anyone, especially those hesitant about switching to a foam pillow. Support of memory foam, breath-ability and softness of a down pillow, this truly is the best of both worlds.

This pillow seemed squishy and delicious at the store, but when i took it home for a test nap it was more like a soft brick. Its a very tall pillow so those with smaller or average frames might find it uncomfortable, it will put your neck into an upward tilting angle. The memory foam is more interested in remembering its original square shape than any shape your neck and head may want to impart upon it. Its as if the skull is not heavy enough to make an impact on the foam at all. It is a nice pillow but maybe its best for a larger frame or maybe making a Jr. model would be the solution.
I also checked out its side sleeping counter part which is contoured for the shoulder but that does not overcome its basic issue of height and foam density.

Love this pillow except, they say you don't need a pillow case but then you would be washing weekly and after one washing/drying it lost shape. Now I cover w/a pillowcase and it makes it too firm

I have gone through so many pillows in my time, and I have never been satisfied. Plus, I always need to put 2 pillows under my head in order to have enough support. This pillow though is BY FAR the best I have ever laid on (aside from the $200+ Tempurpedic pillows, but the Biosense pillow is the best one for under $70). With my Biosense pillow, I only need one pillow, and there is so much support. The memory foam is soft, yet firm, and does not lose its shape when used. Also, the standard size is fairly large, so if you move in your sleep (like I do), then you can count on some part of the pillow being under your head when you wake up. Some people think this pillow is too heavy (it is significantly heavier than a regular pillow), but you are supposed to using a pillow for sleeping and/or support when reading, etc., so weight is not an issue. I ended up getting the universal/classic version of this pillow because not only move in my sleep, but change positions from on my back, side, and stomach. This version puts all those in one, so you can sleep however you want. Also, the Better Than Down cover very soft and you don't need to put a pillowcase over it if you don't want to.

I was fed up with feather pillows and was looking for something a little more expensive and that had memory foam support. I tested this in the store, but this was not enough time to really get a long-term feel for the pillow. I don't rest well at all because it sleeps like a brick. I wake up not well rested and with neck pain.

This pillow is great and very comfortable, except when I try to put it in a pillowcase. It is too large for a regular king size pillowcase and when I do manage to squash it in one, the tightness of the case keeps the pillow from having any "give" and it becomes too firm to be comfortable. I have slept on it with just the cover that comes with it and it's perfect.
