I loved this since the first time I saw it last spring. Finally got it as a Christmas present. First used it for reading and studying, as intended. Then got the cold that was going around and had to use the wedge for sleeping, in order to sleep at all. Now I sleep with it too!
Had no problem with the shape, I think it "smelled" briefly, but not a problem. Essentially, this seems expensive for a pillow and back support, but I think it is worth the price.

I bought this for my husband for his acid reflux problem and it is working great for him. He hasn't had a single night since I got the pillow for him that he has had an incident with the burning acid back up in his throat. The only thing I wish it had was a pillow case, love the softness and the fact that it is made of memory foam so it holds its shape. I purchased a cheaper version of this and it completely broke down within a few months, so this was well worth the money. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with this pillow.

I really like this pillow for reading and watching TV in bed. I agree with other posters who have said that they wish the cover could be removed for easy washing. Also, I purchased the product but instead of the pillow fluffing up to a normal shape within a half hour as the box says, it took about 3 weeks to a month. I was going to return/exchange it but waited so long to avoid the holiday shopping traffic it finally took shape and I was very happy with it after. My husband liked the pillow so much he wanted one as well. We did purchase another one, and had the same issue after removing the pillow from the box. I spoke with the salesperson at Brookstone and followed their directions, but it took a few weeks to regain its shape. I'm not sure what the issue is here, but once it does take shape it's a very comfortable pillow.

Offering item in other colors would be nice! I bought it as a Christmas gift for my college son who loves to sit on the bedroom floor to watch television and/or movies. He said it was more comfortable than he thought it would be and really likes the Wedge Pillow!

The product comes rolled up and compressed in box and is supposed to to reach full size in a half hour. Twelve hours later it is still flat and unusable.
