I have MS and spend alot of my time on my couch reading and watching TV and with my couch I need the support for my back. I just wish I had gotten it sooner instead of using regular pillows for support. I am thinking about buyiing the i-need neck and & shoulder pro massager with heat but my concern about that one from the other reveiws I have read is about the heating cycle and about it being heavy so I think I will maybe try it out at our local store first.

Awesome! I use this pillow in bed and on my chaise lounge. It is very comfortable! Prior to purchasing this pillow, I looked at the BedLounger pillow. This pillow is definitely of a higher quality than the BedLounger pillow and it costs less.

My only concern is how to clean the pillow...it would be great if the covering could be removed and was machine washable. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend this product!

Due to a medical condition, I need to prop my legs up while sleeping. I use this in the under-the-knees configuration and it works perfectly. I have two complains that keep it from getting five stars. #1 - The foam is comfortable, but they shouldn't be marketing this as a memory foam pillow. It most certainly is not. The foam doesn't conform to your shape the way Tepur-Pedic foam does and it returns to it's original shape instantly. It's just regular foam. #2 - The cover is not removable. You'll have to clean it by hand or with a carpet cleaning machine that has an upholstery attachment. A zippered cover would have been nice - especially for [$]

My headboard has horizontal bars and this wedge allows me to lean back and read etc. in bed very comfortably. I also suffer from low back pain and with this under my knees I can sleep without pain. The 4 positions of use are all extremely useful and the cover is very plush and a warm taupe color. Though expensive it is well worth the money. I got a second one as I am so happy with both the usefulness and the appearance. I looked everywhere before I settled on this product and nothing else compared.

I got this pillow last Christmas and have used it probably everyday since. It is great for use as back support when sitting up in bed and I also use it in a lower position to sleep on regularly. Sometimes in the summer my feet swell if it's too hot and this is a great pillow to use to elevate them. I'm buying one again for a gift!

I purchased this pillow for my Mother-in-Law, but she couldn't get comfortable with it. However, my Father-in-Law uses it every night and loves it. The pillow is angled just right to give him the height he needs, and is also comfortable to lay on. To explain why my M-in-L was not comfortable with it, and my F-in-L was, it may be the size of their bodies. Mom is a tiny lady, and Dad is a tall, med sized guy. So maybe it just works better for folks of his size.

I recently had knee surgery and used the wedge to help keep my leg elevated. It was comfy and I could put it into several different positions while laying on the couch or in bed. Beats stacking several pillows. The bed wedge made life after surgery a lot easier for me.

I love to use this when watching tv or reading in bed. Has just the right firmness and the nap material covering it is nice and soft.

I love this product. I was a little worried I wouldn't like it but it has relevied my lower back disc pain. I have only had it for three nights but I have slept better all three nights. I would recommend it to anyone that has lower back pain!
