I bought this pillow after doing extensive research. This pillow is firm and it conforms to your body. Other pillows I have tried give, are too soft without the support. This pillow can be slept on higher or even lower than whats pictured. It comes out of the plastic with a slight odor but goes away very quickly! I use this pillow for acid reflux and heartburn at night. I got tired of stacking pillows and having uncomfortable nights. I LOVE this pillow. Very versatile and looks nice and has a very soft covering. I would recommend for anyone who needs to sleep with an elavation. But it does so much more as a bonus. I actually have no negatives. 4 STARS!

This is a very nice wedge although it doesn't look very fancy. The surface is soft for touch. At the same time, the angle is just right to support your back. After I bought this, I spent most of my time on the bed reading books or using notebook with this wedge.P.S.I also bought one for my sister and one for my best friend as birthday gifts.

Teen uses every day to sit in bed and do homework on the laptop. So much better on the neck than rolling up pillows for back support. Neat in appearance. We also put in front of chairs in family room to sit in floor next to fireplace to have comfortable support.
