The head phones do not cancel outside noise very well like I hoped for. Therefore I am rather disappointed for what I paid for these.

Went into Brookstone in the Galleria and was immedately helped by Matt, one of the store managers. Talked to him for awhile and he had great product knowledge and he convinced me into buying the Beats. Went to the register to check out and was greeted by another manager Chris Z, who had just as much knowledge and funny retorts as to why i was buying!!! {for husband} Between the two was sold on product and will definitley come back for the service i received.
