This product just arrived today, I was very excited when I opened the box, the dispenser was so Cute. I love how it sits next to the sink, very high-tech looking. Very easy to use, no soap leakage after use. I did dilute my liquid soap a bit just bec. the other readers suggested. Works Great!

We got this about a year ago and it is still working great. It looks nice and easy to refill. It's wonderful to not have to deal with pumps especially when your hands are messy. This is the best soap dispenser product we've experienced. I'm getting another for the bathroom.

The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is that I think it should be mentioned specifically in the Troubleshooting instructions that some hand soaps are too thick and gel-like to work well with the dispenser. Also, I just started using it so can't comment on durability, battery life etc. I was so disappointed at first, called customer service and was about to return two that I bought, one being a present. I just thought to add a small amount of water to the soap because I noticed the soap's extreme thickness when I was emptying it. Yayy..it works great now! I have it by the kitchen sink instead of a messy bar of soap. Hope this comment helps...
