This three-cell, high-grade Lithium-Polymer battery has a capacity of 1000mAh at 11.1 volts and a discharge capacity of 10C. Includes a PCM (protection circuit module) to protect the battery against overcharging and short-circuiting. Its two connectors include one discharge connector to provide current to the copter, and another smaller one for balance charging to ensure optimal charging of each cell for improved capacity and longer life. Protected by a rigid case, the AR.Drone 2.0 Rechargeable Li-Poly Battery complies with UL2054 safety standards.

Have an extra battery on hand for when the Drone needs a recharge. Simply swap batteries and you're up and flying again. Pricey but cuts down of flight delays due to recharging times. Well worth the extra money. You get about 10 minutes of flying time per battery so having one on charge while using one in flight is a great way to maximize your fun.
