After reading reviews on this product, I had high expectations. I was completely disappointed. The unit is LOUD. While this machine is on, forget about trying to watch TV, have a conversation with your spouse, or do anything that requires your sense of hearing. The "vibration/massaging" aspect of this unit is virtually non-existent when it is on (and I believe that's the feature that causes most of the noise issue). I can soak my feet in a less expensive model and get the same benefits (which are little to nil). Also, this thing is HUGE. I have a large closet for cleaning items and managed to find a space on the shelf for it (where it has remained after three uses), but if you are tight on space, be warned. I am terribly disappointed with this product.

I use this foot bath every night. It is by far the best one I have tried out. The water actually heats almost too hot. The jet spray it just right. I had tried 3 other brands prior to getting this one. This one by far out shined all the rest. I love that it has a drain as well. The only con I can come up with is it is heavy to carry when filled with water...but we can't have everything. I would recommend this foot bath to anyone with a foot problem.

This product is great for me because it keeps the water temperature hot all while i'm using it.
The only thing that's not great for me, it didn't come with a remote control. The price I paid for this product,it should have come with a remote.
I wasn't happy when I received this produce because the rolling nodes & pumice stone wasn't in the box. Had to wait week to receive these items.

bought for my mom, used it once, though I read the review carefully and even bought two year warranty. It is just not practical, takes too much space, and cant fill water easily, clean it each time is a pain, massage function is not impressive, definitely not worth it. I recommend just buy a plastic basin and you get the same effect for $10.

I love this foot spa, when I opened it up there were two things missing which was the pumice stone & massage nodes, but that's ok I wouldn't ever use them. Plus I have my own pumice stone. But this foot spa was definitely worth the money. The spa stays hot when you turn the heat on & that's exactly what I was looking for.

Received as a gift. Would not purchase. Has heat feature that can keep hot water hot and can make warm water hot but it will NOT heat up cold water so you must start with hot or warm water --this means you have to fill it each time you use it and cannot use water from prior day (ok that sounds gross anyway). The "massage" nodes are nice idea except there is not enough room in the tub to roll your foot back and forth over them so they dont do much. Unit is large and i'm not sure where to store it where it will be easy to access so I will actually use it regularly.

I received this foot spa as a gift. I was very excited to get it. But I was totally disappointed.
Thank goodness that I have a shower stall to put the foot soaker and a chair inside so I can drain the water easily.
When I turned it on, the noise was so loud and very annoying. The water is too shallow to cover my ankles.
I found there's no built-in timer as the other foot soaker I had. It's very inconvenient.
The 2 rollers on the bottom are too small to massage the feet.
One more thing: this thing is too bulky.
I like the water jets to sooth the feet.
This is the first time I ever wrote a review. I am very disappointed.
