After reading reviews on this product, I had high expectations. I was completely disappointed. The unit is LOUD. While this machine is on, forget about trying to watch TV, have a conversation with your spouse, or do anything that requires your sense of hearing. The "vibration/massaging" aspect of this unit is virtually non-existent when it is on (and I believe that's the feature that causes most of the noise issue). I can soak my feet in a less expensive model and get the same benefits (which are little to nil). Also, this thing is HUGE. I have a large closet for cleaning items and managed to find a space on the shelf for it (where it has remained after three uses), but if you are tight on space, be warned. I am terribly disappointed with this product.

Two major problems:
1. The interior sides/top edges with or without the splashguard in place cut into the outsides of your legs. Very painful to endure while using the device. Extremely poor design. We simply cannot use this item.
2. And since you cannot determine this major problem with the painful edges until you actually use the product, Brookstone states that you cannot return this product if it has been used. Wow - great customer service - a true "Catch 22" - you don't know it is painful to use until you use it, but then you can't return it because you used it. Nice, Brookstone, very nice.

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter-in-law, who is starting her own mani-pedi business. She loves it; and, so do I! Being her first customer, I enjoyed the heater, and the jets were so relaxing. I just wish I could have purchased more than one on my voucher!

I use it while computing and while watching TV. It is a little inconvenient to empty after use, but I think they would all be equally inconvenient. I will put it on a small "mechanics creeper" so I can wheel it out to my deck and empty it onto my garden. Otherwise, it is a good strong (1000 watt) unit with the ability to control both the heat as well as the jet strength and amount of air added to the water stream. I did not find it objectionably loud, even at full power. I am a diabetic, and it makes my feet feel great.

I use this foot bath every night. It is by far the best one I have tried out. The water actually heats almost too hot. The jet spray it just right. I had tried 3 other brands prior to getting this one. This one by far out shined all the rest. I love that it has a drain as well. The only con I can come up with is it is heavy to carry when filled with water...but we can't have everything. I would recommend this foot bath to anyone with a foot problem.

This product is great for me because it keeps the water temperature hot all while i'm using it.
The only thing that's not great for me, it didn't come with a remote control. The price I paid for this product,it should have come with a remote.
I wasn't happy when I received this produce because the rolling nodes & pumice stone wasn't in the box. Had to wait week to receive these items.

bought for my mom, used it once, though I read the review carefully and even bought two year warranty. It is just not practical, takes too much space, and cant fill water easily, clean it each time is a pain, massage function is not impressive, definitely not worth it. I recommend just buy a plastic basin and you get the same effect for $10.
