It is a nice foot spa, if a little too small for large feet or high arches to use the massage rollers effectively. The heater and jets: good. The massage rollers and aerator: not as good.
The pumice stone is in a convenient location, but the power cord could use a groove/channel and a twisting cord hook on the bottom for storage.
In accordance with their disclosure policy under the comments box I *did* receive this as a gift but I would probably have tried it out regardless since most Brookstone products I have are quite well designed. This one, while good, is not well designed.
Overall, you would be better buying the Conair (which I had an older model of) that they also sell.

This is a good product but the massage nodes are small and worthless,that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Pumice stone is better if hand held. The heating element and water jets really do their job. If you're wondering, the part where you put your feet is 13 inches long. I wear a size 8 1/2 women's and I'm good with a couple inches to spear. Water is approx 3 inches deep. I love this thing !!

I have owned several foot spas over the years and this is the best one. It accomodates larger feet. My grandson wears a sz 16 shoe and he could get his feet in this foot spa, but with no room to spare. However, I have never had a foot spa that he has been able to use until now.
The jets and heater are the best features overall because both are adjustable and keep the water warm (or hot if turned up higher) and moving.

I am becoming addicted to this foot spa, it feels so good. The rolling nodes aren't big enough to matter and should be larger, and the pumice stone works better if you hold it in your hand. But the rest of the foot spa works great. I hope it lasts for a long time.

I use this product after walking. It is fantastic for massaging the feet. My wife also loves it. Its a little small for a man with big feet. If it was a little bigger, and if it had a remote control for the settings, I would give it 6 stars. Just let me have the 1st one.
