I searched around to find a candle that would turn off/on manually, with the options to turn on at dusk, off at dawn, or to be turned on with a timer. I stumbled upon these, which have all the options and are beautiful. I ordered the antique brass, they are beautifully lit in my windows. They definetly give a nice colonial feel to the rooms!
Only one setback, trying to find matching replacement bulbs from Brookstone has been difficult, will try ones I found in retail store around here and hope they shine the same brightness!

Had to return all of them (13)! The finish on every base was damaged. Maybe they were seconds. A lot of Money to pay for damaged goods.

I USE THE CANDLES FOR MY WINDOWS AND THEY ARE NICE AND BRIGHT! DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT TURNING THEM ON AND OFF, SET ON TIMER AND THEY ARE ON AUTOMATICALLY AT THE SPECIFIC TIME YOU WANT THEM TO BE AND OFF AFTER 8 HOURS. FOR ME THEY ARE WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!

Great for seasonal/holiday decor. First season of use, and so far, has been very reliable. I primarily use the timer, but wish there was more options to length of run-time, as 8 hrs is a tad too long.
Sturdy and very bright. Excellent candle over-all. Very easy to use.

her candle lights up year round, evey night she
went from window to window and unplugged them!
with the timer setting she can go to bed not worrying about unplugging her candles!

Love these window candles. Nice weight. The adjustable height is great. We chuckled each night as they turned on themselves. Unfortunately I miss counted my windows and needed more, but they were sold out. Hope to get more next year.
