I was surprised that this product did not come assembled as I had assumed that was the reason it could only be ordered online. I was wrong, however my teenagers put the 2 chairs together for me in a few hours. They look perfect on our patio overlooking a small pond. In the 2 months I have had them, they clean well and still look brand new despite hurricane like rains. They are very sturdy and a good product for the price.

More assembly than I expected. I can't judge the comfort yet, as I have not yet completely assembled the chair! However, my first impression was that it didn't look like a wood chair. There are inexpensive plastic versions out there, and the initial appearance is of one of them. However, I think it will be much nicer and the paint that gives it that look will also give it more weather resistance.

Easy to assembly once you finished the first chair. The chair has screw receptors built into the chair that are note always in alignment with where they should be. I bought 4 chairs and was only able to build three due to damaged and missing parts but they shipped a fifth and I was able to complete all 4 and ship back rest of parts.

The adirondack chair is great.They look beautiful on the patio! We enjoy sitting out their for morning coffee, or an afternoon drink. Unfortunately, the right arm on 1 chair became detached and it has been difficult to get a replacement piece.

Bought two of these chairs and two ottomans. Easy assembly. I instantly broke one of the chairs. my fault. I returned it and they sent me another. However, they sent me an ottoman by mistake. When I called them, they seemed genuinely sorry, told me to keep the ottoman and they overnited me the new chair, without hesitation. Granted, they had made a mistake, but they made up for it in a classy way. I'm a fan. Customer service is a big deal, especially with mail order items.

There are lots of Adirondack chairs around, but this one does justice to the original. The high curved back and wide arms surround you for a cozy, comfortable feeling. Very durable and easy to care for, too. I love it!
