Broke the first time I used it
Hard for me to use on my neck and shoulders by myself.My husband was massaging my neck and shoulders and after about 10 min it stopped working.

I bought it for my 25 year old daughter who was a Cheerleader for over 10 years and suffered several strains, sprains etc. It reduces the "knots" in her neck and back, thus reducing the pain and increasing the movement of muscles that had limited extention. Now she requires fewer Chiropractic adjustments. The variable speed control is perfect for any need. I use it myself. I have 8 herniated disks. A best buy !

I was excited to receive my new massager! I rub my husband's back and legs every night and thought it would help him relax. It does help his circulation a bit (diabetic) but was too powerful especially for areas around bones like his feet, ankles, legs. I wish it had a lower speed. The three balls help balance out the area being rubbed like his back but when doing the middle of his back, it makes him cough heavily. It is also very heavy for me so holding it with one hand is out of the question.
It helps the pain for my sciatica (in the sides of my legs) but again it is painful even there because is it so powerful. A lower speed would help me there. We'll probably keep it but it won't be used as much as I was hoping. I would recommend it only after making sure my opinions were known.
