Had previously purchased the half-round entry mat, and liked it so much that I got this one for the door in from our garage. It's holding up quite nicely to daily use as we come and go through the front door. The bordeaux is a deep, rich color and the mat has an interesting texture/pattern. Best of all, the mat is heavy enough that it doesn't shift position as people walk across.

Simple style, works as described. I bought two. One sits on a hardwood floor and one sits on a tile floor. The rubber backing keeps both in place very well while never letting water reach the floor. I like the wide selection of colors to complement any decor. Don't expect these mats to pull snow out of your boot treads in winter. You still have to do a lot of stomping for that. But they will do a fine job of collecting water and small debris. Our floors stay cleaner longer.

I ordered this mat in charcoal, so attractiveness wasn't at the top of my list. Functionality was what I was looking for in a mat for the front door. This is plain-looking and does the job. This mat absorbs dirt and mud very well. It hasn't rained much, so I haven't tested its absorbency, but I imagine it would hold up well against water, too.

I've had problems finding a rug thin enough to fit underneath one door to my home. With a 1/4" height, I thought that my door would clear the top of this Waterhog rug. Even though the space between the floor and my door is slightly more than that, my door does not fit over this rug. I think the height is slightly taller than the 1/4" stated.

The rug definitely looks nice and I don't doubt it's performance. It just doesn't work for me with the dimensions specified.

If you have cats that tromp litter thru-out your home, this is the solution. It traps all the litter stuck in their paws and now I don't have to vacuum every single day. This has been a major house cleaning improvement for me. I have one under the cat pan and another placed where they step out. PERFECTION!
