What a wonderful pillow. While I’ve owned a Tempur-Pedic bed for several years, I wasn’t sure if the pillows were for me. However, I’m a happy convert in that department now, too. Plus, they hold up so well, I won’t have to replace them every year like I do my old-fashioned pillows.

After reading many reviews of this pillow, I allowed myself to get a little excited. Perhaps *this* would be THE pillow. But it wasn't. It's too firm and doesn't allow for natural support of my neck. My head felt like it was at an odd angle and I found it impossible to find a comfortable position. This is a "medium" Symphony. I don't know if there's a softer one, but I wouldn't recommend the medium to anybody looking for something to relieve neck pain and provide soft but supportive cushioning. After one night, this one's going back. :(

My husband has been using the Tempur-Pedic pillow for several years but I was always being stubborn about trying it. I finally tried his pillow for several nights and I was sold. Support, comfort and cushiony - what more do you need for a great night's sleep.

I did not give this five stars because even though I try not to sleep on my stomach unconsciously I end up on my stomach with sheet marks and this pillow is too thick for that position. I definitely do not wake up with neck pain like I used to. My husband and I have tried many pillows and this one is a keeper. Buying on Brookstone turned out to be cheaper than purchasing it at our local mattress store. Our family loved them so we had to gift someto them.

I was really nervous buying a pillow at this price because I never payed this much for a pillow, But I was getting sick of paying money for a new pillow every year because it would lose it's shape and support. So after spending so much money on new pillows I started to research a new pillow, after comparing other pillows and talking to other people with this type of pillow and hearing their stories I felt comfortable with this pillow for me. The first couple of nights there is a plastic smell to it but it goes away after sometime also give yourself sometime to get used to the feel it will feel really hard but over time your body will get used it. As for me I was not too sure but I kept with it and I love my pillow I sleep so much better and my back and shoulders don't hurt any more.

It is comfortable and supportive. Much better than the last pillow I had, but it is a bit too high and firm for me. I think it is a perfect pillow for a larger person. My husband loves it, he is a lot bigger than I am. I am petite and I wish it was just a bit lower and softer.

I wish it was a little softer and not as thick. It is good when sleeping sideways but somewhat uncomfortable when sleeping on your back due to its thickness. No return policy makes it worse.

I think you will either love or hate this pillow. My wife and I spent a good amount to get two of them last year for Christmas largely based on the number of positive reviews. Neither of us has been able to sleep on them, they're just not comfortable for us. Also, be aware, they do smell when they're new, it takes a good few months for the smell to fade.
I really wanted to like this pillow, especially for what they cost. Over the past year I've tried it numerous times, even forcing myself to use it every night for a week to try and get used to it. No luck.
So, just be aware, it's not a definite win.

Husband loves it. Me, not so much. It took me several days to find it comfortable, then I got pregnant and couldn't stand it. Tried it again post-pregnancy and it still didn't work for me.

Never found a pillow to support my neck.. I have several verbrates dislocated from an old accident and always woke up with neck aches. This pillow supports and elevates my neck from day one. Its been three weeks now and I can't believe I don't have not one neck pain. It has not lost its shape to date.. It will take you at least a day or two to get used to it. Its a little firm from the garbage pillows I had used in the past. But the most important part IT SUPPORTS MY NECK and I DON'T WAKE UP WITH NECK PAINS.. YEAH!! I got a queen size.. Worth every penny! Returning to get one for my husband..
