What a wonderful pillow. While I’ve owned a Tempur-Pedic bed for several years, I wasn’t sure if the pillows were for me. However, I’m a happy convert in that department now, too. Plus, they hold up so well, I won’t have to replace them every year like I do my old-fashioned pillows.

After reading many reviews of this pillow, I allowed myself to get a little excited. Perhaps *this* would be THE pillow. But it wasn't. It's too firm and doesn't allow for natural support of my neck. My head felt like it was at an odd angle and I found it impossible to find a comfortable position. This is a "medium" Symphony. I don't know if there's a softer one, but I wouldn't recommend the medium to anybody looking for something to relieve neck pain and provide soft but supportive cushioning. After one night, this one's going back. :(

This pillow is pricier than any I have tried and I've tried many. It took me quite a long time to justify the expense. But after the first night's sleep I no longer had shoulder pain and my arm wasn't numb when I awoke. After the second night's sleep on this pillow I awoke without a stiff neck or headache. And after the third night's sleep with this pillow my hip was no longer aching. I haven't felt this good for five years! This pillow is priceless to me! And I am quite pleased with the quick service, too.

It took about a week to get used to the different feel of the pillow but I love it now. I have tried my other pillow and always go back to this one. Great support. Very comfortable for side sleeping.

I bought this pillow, after reading the reviews, because I have severe neck pain from osteoarthritis...this product is worth every penny; I used to wake up unable to move and in serious pain; it is not a cure-all, I still wake up with a sore neck (probably from just not moving all night), but nothing like before; I was at first unsure of comfort, because it is fairly flat and stiff; but your head and shoulders just meld right in...this product is wonderful, and I am going to buy another one for my husband...thank you so much....ps: I cannot rate the long term quality because I have only had it for a few weeks, but it seems to be quite sturdy

Firm pillows are harder and harder to find, so I jumped at a good offer to get this Symphony pillow. We already had one TempurPedic pillow so getting a second was a no-brainer. The support they provide is firm, yet with that touch of cushiony softness. The whole family uses TempurPedic pillows now.

Amazing pillow. I wish I ordered two instead of just giving one as a gift to my boyfriend. We fight over who gets to sleep with it at night. Before purchasing I was nervous that it would be too soft and would mold too much but it is the perfect combination of firm, supportive, and softness.
