I use this in my cars and at work. I have severe back problems (arthritis, facet syndrome, bulged discs, etc.) that cause me contant pain. I've been on disability three times for back problems. These pillows are the BEST there are -- I've tried them all -- and are worth the money. They provide the right amount of density exactly where you need the support.
