I used this on several trips now including a 14 hours trip to China. It is a great product. I can use it as a pillow or a lumbar support. It quickly returns to it's original shape if you squash it down behind your back and then want to return it to your head rest. It definitely made my trip better. I use a carabiner to hook it to the outside of my back pack so it doesn't take up valuable back pack space. Great Product.

Really comfortable little pillow. Great for travel but also useful around the house. I often use it for reading before I go to bed. It is not tiny but small enough to come on a plane and though firm and filled with heavy memory foam not too heavy.
The shape it really well designed and helps keep the pillow behind your neck for a while when on a plane (though it may still fall/roll down if you don't pay attention. The cover, however, collects dirt/dust and lint very quickly. Also, my pillow has human hair sawn in between the foam and the mesh cover which is a bit iffy and in my opinion given the high price should have been caught in Tempur-Pedic's quality control.

This pillow is very versatile for a traveler. It fits perfectly in a carry-on/purse and is great while in transit or during a long flight. The soft firmness can support a book on your lap, become an armrest at your side, and is great when positioned on the side of your head as you lean against the window of a plane...and it's a great backup for that hotel that has lousy pillows! It's so good that when I left it on a plane last month, I immediately had to replace it! Those cheaper pillows cannot duplicate the support and versatility of this perfect pillow!
