I LOVE this massager. I actually got it for my boyfriend as a gift for the holidays - but I have to admit that I use it more often than he does! Its wonderful that it uses the shiatsu rolling action as opposed to others that vibrate and jar your body and makes you go numb. I like that it's portable and we can hide it away but are able to pull it out easily. It has an auto setting that is supposed to shut off after 20 minutes. Unfortunatley, after only using it about 1-2x per week for only about a month, it has begun acting up (won't shut off -- which, isn't a problem except when we fall asleep in it and don't wake up for an hour later!) I'm going to try to send it back for a different one, but if they won't swap it out, I'll just keep it and deal with it because I love it so much! Its a great value and good for taking out knots when you can't get into a massage therapist. Get it!

Bought this at end of October 2012. I've probably used it once a week since then, so maybe 30 times. Last night it broke, which after reading other reviews seems to be a fairly common occurrence. This is too bad because the massage is powerful and feels great, although it doesn't reach the shoulders unless you slump down. I'm returning (call them to send a return label, they will deduct it from the refund because they are cheap, but it's cheaper than paying for the return yourself. The rep told me it would be about $6)I would really like to replace this item, but I have a feeling it will break again outside of the warranty and then I'm out $150.

I'm a nurse who ran across this item based on it's great reviews. I have to say, I haven't been this relaxed in a long time! This is a great massage topper. It has several massage settings along with a heating option. Everyone in my family used it for hours at a stretch one after another and it functioned just as effectively as the first time! Very durable and amazing it at what it's supposed to do. The only one thing you will need is a good supporting chair to set this on. Then you are good to go! :)

Don't lie on it with all your weight or else the rollers will bruise you. I use it on my office chair and it is great. I combine it with the neck massager and foot massager and I'm in heaven.

This massager felt really great after I shoveled snow off my driveway. Helped my sore back. The lower rollers seem to hurt at the time, but after you are all done you feel really great! I love this massager!

What's great about this product is it's handy, you can put it in any chair but it broke easily in 45 days so I can't return it to the store. It's very inconvenient when that happens bec. you have to take care of shipping for the repair.

After I received my i-need® Shiatsu Seat Topper I used it everyday after work. It felt very relaxing and comfortable. BUT it got broken after just 1 week. I was sitting on it pushed the buttons to change to massage type and it suddenly stopped working. It is not working anymore since then. I am very dissapoited!!!!
