I love the chair - purchased 2 in the cedar color and the chair truly looks like real wood. Sturdy and very comfortable. 1 problem - wrong parts shipped and I had to drill new holes to assemble. 2 months later and I'm still waiting for the correct parts to be sent. Otherwise I would have rated a 5.

Directions for assembly were for different design. It looked as if there were pieces missing. Then when I looked at the picture on the Brookstone website, I realized, the design was different. When I tried to put it together then, I realized all of my chairs had been sent from the manufacturer with all left legs. The predrilled holes would only work on one side. When we finally get the bugs out, the chair is beautiful. The cedar finish really looks just like wood. The color is warm. I will hold off recommending this product until I get the missing parts.
