We have just returned from a 1300 mile roadtrip with 2 teens. The 1st four days we were camping without electrical power. We were able to charge up ipods, cameras, phones, & run a netbook all while out driving, sightseeing, & running errands.
The cooling fans & battery warning light work as stated. At one point we had all 3 ports on the inverter plugged in, as well as towing a trailer which draws on our battery. The warning light came on, & we unplugged a few things & everything was good to go. After that, we just made sure that we didn't have all plugs being used while we were hauling the trailer.
