Just like traditional rashguards, this shirt has UPF 50+ protection that blocks out over 98% of the sun's harmful rays. But unlike other swim shirts, this one is designed to fit loosely and comfortably--just like a normal t-shirt.
The quick-drying, breathable material has just the right blend of nylon and spandex to allow plenty of stretch without being skin-tight.

This shirt is great for sun protection when spending time in the water on vacation. I bought it to wear while snorkeling in Hawaii and Tahiti and it worked perfectly. It is comfortable to wear and once you get used to it you won't want to swim without it.

My mother-in law bought two of these shirts for my husband for Father's Day...and to my surprise, he totally LOVES the shirts! He wears the shirts for pretty much anything and everything he's doing outdoors! He wears them to mow the lawn, company pool parties or just hanging out at home. I'm happy because he looks good while protecting his skin! The shirts really look great and feel great! Only complaint is he needs a couple more.
