My husband complained about the lack of lumbar support in the front passenger seat of my 2011 Toyota Camry, so I got this for him as a Christmas stocking stuffer. He loves it. Now taking the long drive between Hammond and downtown New Orleans is much more comfortable for the both of us.

I work in medical device sales and drive 1000 to 1200 miles per week. My back had been killing me (my SUV doesn't have a lumbar support built into the seat) and when i began using this pillow, I immediately felt a tremendous difference. I highly recommend it, my back pain has disappeared.

My car doesn't have very good lumbar support making long trips uncomfortable so I went looking for a lumbar support. I originally bought Brookstone's larger napform lumbar cushion and it felt like too much cushion behind me, pushing me too far forward in the car seat. I exchanged it for this mini version, which works much better for me. It nicely cradles your back in the proper position and seems to use good materials. I took off one star because I would have liked a strap that goes around the chairback to fix the cushion in place.

This is absolutely the best back support pillow I've ever used. I've had back problems for 25 years and had back surgery and loads of physical therapy. This pillow has gotten me through extended airplane flights, driving, meetings, etc. I'm never pain free, mind you, but I've got a LOT more sitting stamina than I've ever had. Can't say enough good about it!
