I use it during the day and at night when I go to bed. This pillow insert fill great and stayes hot long enough to relieve the pain and soreness. I use it for my shoulder and in the morning I feel great.

I got this for myself because I am constantly having hot flashes and the worst is a hot pillow. The coolness last a very long time thru the night and is so comfortable.
I haven't used it for heat yet, but I'm glad to have it ready when I need too. I highly recommend this!

Not what I expected for the price. Put it in freezer and outside is cool but not cold. Can barely tell that there are beads inside. I would save my money on this one.
