I use this produce almost every day. I have a very stiff, sore back, from an injury. I put this on in the morning to help me loosen up the muscles in my back. It is moist heat, which feels WONDERFUL!. It is easy to wrap around my midsection, and conforms to my back easily. I heat it up for more than the suggested 90 second though.

Ah….relief right where you need it! I really like how it wraps around your waist, for maximum coverage and penetration of heat/cold. So much better than just laying a neck wrap across the lower back (a technique that I have resorted to in the past!).
