I got this as a birthday gift and could not be happier with it.It is much more like a machine I would use at the gym,and not really like a "home" workout machine,it's very sturdy and the workout is as intense as it would be if I were at the gym,but I can work out whenever I want (because it's in my home).If I could make oone change,I would recommend it comes with a drink holder or magazine holder or atleast show one that could be bought to use with this machine.Overall I LOVE THIS !!

I've been using this machine for about 2 weeks, now. I'm very satisfied with it so far. The instructions that come with it recommend hiring a professional to assemble it for you, but I found it wasn't too hard to do myself. It was much easier to assemble than the last exercise machine I bought a few years ago (a "Fold-A-Way Air Walker" you can also get from Brookstone).

There were several kinds of bolts, nuts, and washers that are used to assemble the machine, but the different kinds of parts are all packaged in separate plastic bubbles and are clearly labeled. There's no problem trying to figure out which bolt matches which drawing in the assembly manual, a problem I had with the air walker.

It's a bit noisy, but not too bad. I can listen to the TV without turning up the volume while I'm exercising. It's a bit harder to move out of the way when I'm not using it than the air walker was because it's heavier (95 lbs), but it's much better exercise than the air walker. I used ankle weights to increase the resistance with the air walker, but that's unnecessary with elliptical machines.

This one has 10 resistance levels, and I've found the lowest level is fine for longer session over 45 minutes.

I live in a small studio apartment and for this price you could ask for a better elliptical! Set up is simple, best if you have 2 people, machine is quite and sturdy. I use mine several times a week and always feel like I had a good workout after. Also, the resistance settings are really nice (I've been on other compact ellpticals that start off on what feels like high resistance and makes working out for a longer period of time nearly impossible) The only "issue" I have is that the instructions say it's meant for forward use but indicate that you can use the machine in reverse...I like to mix up my work outs and go in reverse and based on the instructions i'm not sure if i should be doing this for long periods of time...but really that's my only "complaint"

This machine is amazing. It is small yet does the trick and it's quiet. I decided to give up my gym membership and try working out at home but I knew I wouldn't ride a bike or run anywhere. So I have been looking for a small and affordable elliptical. This is perfect for my workout. My husband is even using it and he's a cycler!

This is a nice, compact elliptical that’s perfect if you want a good, low-impact workout, but don’t want to sacrifice half your floor space to get it. It’s considerably easier to get on and off than most—great if you would rather not have to literally climb onto your fitness equipment!
