    I bought these pillowcases for my husband, who overheats at night. These have taken care of the problem. The pillowcase stays cool and allows him to sleep through the night a lot easier than he did before. It's worthwhile for me that he no longer complains about not sleeping at night anymore. That by itself is worth any amount I had to pay for these pillowcases. Whenever we go anywhere, I'm going to make him take his pillow with him!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
