This should be called a 3 way charger because the 9 volt batttery part of it does not work. I purchased 10 of these items as gifts. I had to use one in an emergency and found out that the 9 volt battery part of charger would not charge my iphone. An error message kept appearing every time I try to use the 9 volt battery. I was very disappointed so I decided to take all 10 back.

I love having one charger that does it all, granted I have not tried the 9 volt battery option yet. I used to travel with iPhone and iPad wall adapters, car chargers and cords. I now have everything I need in one convenient pouch. It has lived up to my expectations, though I am now concerned about moving to the iPhone 5s/6. I am hoping they plan to sell the new adapter seperately.

The wall plug/cigarette lighter plug could have been on one stock with USB outlet, one cord for 9v battery and one universal for all the other attachments. Retractable cord is cute but fragile and unecessary

Tis product did not live up to it's expectation. The 9v battery did not work with the adapter so I did not get the portable charge as advertised. And the car adapter was terribly located and would not fit into my VW Jetta adapter cave.

This is a great product EXCEPT for the fact that the first one I bought from Brookstone didn't last. The cord frayed where it entered the device. I contacted Brookstone and it couldn't be fixed. I like the product so much, I bought another.

Used product on a camping trip. 9 volt battery only good for 1 full charge. A bit bulky when trying to plug into an extension cord and there's other items plugged in too.
