Like the previous reviewer I also travel extensively and bought this suitcase at the Chicago airport in exchange for an older carryon with a broken wheel. I liked the feminine look of this suitcase and didn't mind the weight. But after barely six months one of the back wheels became stuck with no apparent reason. Dragging this suitcase on the carpeted corridors of the airports became really hard! Again, the customer service agent was not helpful when I called for the warranty replacement.

I travel every week. I love the look, design and useability of the luggage. However, aftger 6 months a wheel broke. I did not want the hassle to go through the warranty repair, only a way to replace the wheel. The Brookstone customer service representative was not able to assist.

Love everything about this except that it can tip pretty easily if it is too full. Watch the weight and amount that you stuff into it and you have a great carry-on bag!
The quilted nylon also give a nice feminine flair to an otherwise basic piece of luggage.
