Brookstone Staff Review: Who knew a pen could be so cool? I love this tablet pen because it's not just a pen—it's a fine-point, black-ink pen, a stylus, and laser pointer! It easily clips to my notepad, putting everything I need for meetings and presentations within easy reach. There's no need to go rummaging through my purse or briefcase, searching for the right tool—with this pen in hand, I'm good to go.

i'm a student and constantly taking notes on my ipad. i thought this product would be great, as i can switch to pen when necessary and the laser pointer is a plus. however, after about 1.5 months of heavy use (every day, with frequent writing), the nub ripped off. for $30 and less than 2 months of use and no ability to get spare parts, i'm definitely NOT getting another one of these...

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. He is an occasional tablet user. Mainly games, light we surfing and e-books. He absolutely loved this pen when he opened it. The dog loves the laser and, to our amusement, so do the fish!
Unfortunately with less than 2 weeks of use the stylus tip RIPPED OFF! The one replacement tip in the package lasted all of one week. I was truly disappointed in this purchase. Not at all what I expected from the Brookstone labs.

This product was purchased as a stocking stuffer for my husband. He uses an iPad with his work but also has to do a fair amount of writing. I was hoping this pen would be the answer to time savings. The pen works but does not write well.

I teach healthcare professionals around the state, either a 4hr or 7hr class. The combo pen/laser was perfect. I bought it at a Brookstone in an Airport.
The only problem is that 2 days later the stylus tip tore and is unusable!!!
I like it so much I am here looking for a replacement tip, it unscrews so I'm sure they sell extras.
If they don't have the replacement tip, I will just keep it for the laser and go buy the Acme pen with the extra stylus tip.
I would not recommend until they fix the tip.

Bought this on the fly and it has really help in using my tablet. Keeps screen clean and fingers from cramping. Excellent for use in meeting during powerpoint presentation.
