It's great for sore muscles and stiffness. It is adjustable to target areas of the neck, shoulders, snd back. It has some weight to it that is a little cumbersome when adjusting it to a target area. The heat is long lasting, and can allow a second person to use it without reheating.

The body wrap is not so useful since the "bean" itself is a bit heavy. It is hard to take the bean out from the wrap too. I returned it to exchange for the one without wrap.
