I love the hot/cold neck wrap. The lavender aromatherapy scent is very soothing. It gets nice and warm when microwaving it for 90 seconds. I do microwave it with the cover on and have no problem. I find that the opening is too small to keep taking the insert out to microwave.
It stays put on my neck when I am sitting or walking around.

First, as a guy, I wish there was another color option..but it's not that big a deal :). I use this constantly for stiff muscles in my neck/headaches & love it. Unlike other similar products, this provides GREAT, FULL COVERAGE, ALL AROUND - that's hard to find, even in higher-end products I've looked at. The only con I can think of, is that I wish I could heat it longer than 90 seconds; I would like it hotter than this allows (now the eye mask will burn up in 90 sec!). I also like that it's sewn in channels so the contents do not shift, and the natural lavender scent is great as I can not tolerate artificial scents (again, headaches). Kind of pricey in my opinion, but again, well worth it...and again, leave it to Brookstone to bring us products that really work & HELP.
OH...for me, I find the eye mask to be rather small & therefore harder to use - needs to be a little longer. Contents tend to "dig" into my eyes too much since it's so short (the ends land right on each eye). I still use it though, I just have to fidget with it to get it just right. I must have a bigger face than the lady in the photo!! haha

I received this for christmas! I immediately put both in the microwave and got them nice and tosty. They kept the heat for almost 30 minutes. Before I knew it the scent and moist heat got rid of that sore neck pain. I use it every day! This is one of the best gifts this christmas!

My wife received this for Christmas. It smelled nice and felt nice, but doesn't do as advertized. You can only heat for 90 seconds, which barely makes the neck wrap luke warm. The same can be said about the other item. Honestly, you'd be better of going to a kiosk in a mall and purchasing something like this at a cheaper price point.

The eye pillow is easy to use, but the neck wrap is not. It is difficult to get the hot-cold pack back into the cover. It would be much easier if you could microwave and chill it with the cover on, but no such luck.

It’s a very nice little set. Perfect for relaxing at home or giving as a gift to friends and Moms. The lavender is real and not “perfumey,” a big plus in my book. I like the cold on my eyes, and the warm on my neck, and I can have both with this set’s removable hot/cold packs.
